Story

The story
Our In Fine Merlot & Grenache red is produced south of Mont Ventoux. The vines benefit from the cool air currents that descend from the slopes of the Giant of Provence. The wines are made to preserve the fruit aromas. From vintage to vintage, the In Fine red wines are consistent, fine and pleasant while being quite round and balanced.
Location
Estled on light, siliceous soils, the vineyard produces red wines of immediate pleasure, fresh and fruity.
Terroir
Red clay, light permeable sandstone and siliceous areas.
Mediterranean climate under the influence of the Mistral.
Vinification
The grapes were destemmed and crushed, then underwent a temperature-controlled maceration for 3 to 4 days. The vatting process lasts about fifteen days, with the wine being worked on with an emphasis on fruit and freshness. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations usually follow immediately. The wines are then left to rest for about two months (December, January), before being clarified and blended to define the desired styles.
