The Les Soirées d'Emma were created in the early 2010s, in a way to memorize unique climate of the heart of Provence, in between Ventoux and Luberon mounts.

The story
Round, fresh and pleasant, to drink following the vintage year, Les Soirées d'Emma wines are fun and "drink-anytime" wines. They express the authentic flavors of the grape varieties from the South-East of France, and allow a bit of modernity, such as screw-caps so practical in everyday life, in harmony with our growing requirements for immediacy, simple pleasures and conviviality.

The style is quite consistent and the vintage impact rarely Les Soirées d'Emma wines.
Location
The vineyards of the Les Soirées d'Emma wines are located on the plains adjoining the Mont Ventoux for the reds, and south of the Luberon for the whites and the rosés.
These vineyards benefit from refreshing air streams sliding from the summits, but also of the influence of this strong winds being clod Mistral.
Terroir
The southern slope of the Luberon Massif, which corresponds to the Pays d'Aigues on the eastern side, is essentially composed of marls, pebbles and limestone from the Miocene, which is appropriate for the production of fine and elegant wines.
In the vineyard
Cultivated and vinified in a modern way, the wines benefit from the latest know-how in terms of cultural and oenological knowledge, producing aromatic wines, with an exceptional value for money.
Vinification
The grapes are de-stemmed and then pressed directly with a short maceration in the wine press for 6 to 8 hours. Directly put into vats this winemaking process favors aromas and freshness (static racking). Low temperature alcoholic fermentation. No malolactic fermentation, not even partially. Then the wines are left to rest on fine lees at cold temperatures, and then blended following the chosen styles. All the equipment and the cellar-approach are directed by a kind of efficiency and ease of work the wines continuously. With sense of well-done work, temperature control is effective, in order to make fresh and elegant wines.

Serving
Ripe fruit (blackberry, blueberry) and sweet spicy touches are present. The beautiful freshness that brings out the fruity register and the well-coated finish make this a very enjoyable wine.
